I visited Dr Gary Ross after 10 years of pondering whether or not to have a tummy tuck. It was a huge decision for me and I felt extremely nervous about the entire procedure. However, the pre and post operative care from both the Doctor and the nursing team was exemplary and I'm absolutely delighted with the post operative results. The team calmed my nerves before the operation and quickly answered any questions I had, post op. The results are amazing and I feel like a real woman again. I can't thank Dr Ross and his team enough!

gary and his team are amazing, i cannot praise them enough. I'd previously seen another doctor who did rush me during the consultation and would do the minimal and charge a lot, however, during the consultation with both gary and Mr Camileri they took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable I knew they were the ones, I was looking to have a few more consultations however after meeting them didn't think this necessary. On the day of my op they saw me before and I was very nervous but after speaking to them and them repeating everything I wanted I felt a lot better. After my op the nurses were all very nice and explained all the after care very well, I did end up going home because I felt well enough, however the rooms are very nice and I wouldn't have minded staying. They never packed my nose which I think really helped the amount of discomfort, I hardly felt any pain at all. The results are just unbelievable and I'm so please, they really exceeded my expectations. I had very thin skin around my nose and so was a bit of a problem patient, and so they did such a great job and did a lot to my nose, without any irregularities at all. Cannot thank both gary ross and Andrew camilleri enough, they've really changed my life! I feel so much more confident and happy taking photos, something I'd been struggling with most of my life! So glad I decided to go with them! The results are perfect and I couldn't ask for anything better!

I recently visited Gary Ross after a procedure was carried out by another surgeon on my shoulder. When the dressings were removed I was shocked to see the stitching and scarring. I had a consultation with Gary Ross two weeks after my procedure was carried out. I was very distressed when I made the appointment and his team managed to fit me in the very next day with an appointment. On meeting with Gary Ross he listened tentatively to my concerns and then took some photographs of my wound. He then started to explain the procedure that I had had done in far more detail than my surgeon had done prior or post operation and stated that in his opinion (although it was not what I thought at the time) the surgeon had in fact done a good job! Gary Ross made me feel so at ease and explained how the surgery would have been carried out, why the stitching had formed a raised scar and the healing process (in great detail) that would now commence. He showed me photographs of various scars and explained how the skin and the internal stitching would mend. In his opinion he felt that my wound would heal efficiently on its own and there would not be any need of his services as he felt that plastic surgery would not be needed after allowing sufficient healing time. I left my consultation calm, relaxed, feeling very positive and very informed as opposed to when I had arrived feeling extremely anxious, upset and dare I say probably a little angry at the surgeon who had carried out my operation. Gary Ross has a great team of people who were brilliant and treated me with great care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgeon who gave me the best possible advice knowing that his services would not be required. Brilliant!

I felt I had extremely considerate care. I felt listened to and I felt I understood all of my options. 1 week post-surgery with Mr Ross and I feel very positive about my results so far. I haven't experienced very much pain and am happy with everything.
